Hired for vacant home prior to move-in. Jim arrived 90 minutes late, leaving the carpets wet for furniture arriving later that day. He also had to call for directions, because he hadn't checked a map. Upstairs had 4 rooms, & one didn't get cleaned. Pet hair & stains remained in living room & stairs.
