3. Guarantees on Workmanship: Most good cleaning companies will guarantee their work either with a satisfaction guarantee or a money back guarantee. You should always make sure the company offers a guarantee, preferably a money back guarantee. That way you can always get your money back if you though you received a bad cleaning job.

4. Good Standing with the BBB: You should always check with the Better Business Bureau before hiring a carpet cleaning company. This way you will know if there are any complaints about this company or not. They also will give them a grade from A+ to F. If they have a lot of complaints and a bad grade you might want to steer clear of that company.
